Terms of Service
Effective September 6, 2026
1. Agreement
By creating an account, accessing, or using TradeForce AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Marketplace role
TradeForce AI provides technology that helps contractors and skilled tradespeople discover one another, communicate, and manage recruiting activity. Unless expressly stated otherwise in a separate written agreement, TradeForce AI is not the employer, staffing employer, contractor, agent, or representative of marketplace users and does not guarantee employment, workers, job availability, project performance, or hiring outcomes.
3. Accounts and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You may not impersonate another person or organization or create accounts for deceptive or unlawful purposes.
4. Worker and contractor responsibilities
Workers are responsible for the accuracy of qualifications, certifications, licenses, experience, availability, and other profile information. Contractors are responsible for verifying qualifications, legal work requirements, jobsite conditions, compensation, classification, insurance, licenses, safety requirements, and all other hiring or engagement obligations.
5. Job postings and communications
Users may not post false, discriminatory, unlawful, deceptive, unsafe, or abusive content. Messages and recruiting tools may be used only for legitimate marketplace activity. We may remove content, pause listings, restrict accounts, or investigate suspected misuse.
6. Subscriptions and billing
Paid contractor plans are billed through Stripe at the price and interval shown at checkout. Subscriptions may renew automatically until canceled. Cancellation generally stops future renewal and does not retroactively refund charges already incurred unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise. Features, limits, and pricing may change with notice as required by applicable law.
7. Verification
Any verification badge, profile indicator, document review, ranking, match score, or similar feature is a platform signal only and is not a guarantee of identity, skill, licensing, safety, reliability, employability, or legal compliance. Users must perform their own diligence.
8. User content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant TradeForce AI a non-exclusive license to host, process, display, transmit, and use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and improve the Service and provide marketplace features.
9. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or disrupt the platform, upload malicious files, violate another person's rights, circumvent billing or security controls, or use the Service for unlawful activity.
10. Availability and changes
The Service may change, experience interruptions, or be discontinued. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
11. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. TradeForce AI does not guarantee matches, hires, project outcomes, worker performance, contractor payment, or the accuracy of user-provided information.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TradeForce AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from interactions, employment decisions, jobsite activity, user content, third-party services, or unauthorized account access.
13. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, comply with law, address nonpayment, or respond to violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an updated effective date constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
