1. Information we collect

TradeForce AI may collect account information, contact details, trade and work history, location, availability, compensation preferences, company information, job postings, messages, application activity, resumes, certifications, and other information you choose to provide.

We may also collect basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, timestamps, and security or diagnostic logs needed to operate and protect the Service.

2. How we use information

We use information to operate the marketplace, create and maintain accounts, match tradespeople with opportunities, let contractors review candidates, support applications and messaging, process subscriptions, provide customer support, prevent fraud and abuse, improve the Service, and comply with law.

3. Resumes, certifications, and profile information

Worker profile information and uploaded documents may be made available to contractors when needed for recruiting, applications, invitations, or other authorized marketplace interactions. Do not upload information you do not want used for these purposes.

4. Payments

Subscription payments are processed by Stripe. TradeForce AI does not store full payment-card numbers. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy practices.

5. How information may be shared

We may share information with other users as necessary to provide marketplace features, with service providers that host or support the Service, with payment processors, when required by law, to protect users or the Service, or as part of a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition.

We do not sell personal information for money.

6. Data retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain business and security records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices

You may update certain account or profile information through the Service. You may also request access, correction, or deletion of personal information where required by applicable law. Some records may need to be retained for legal, security, billing, or fraud-prevention purposes.

8. Children

The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date or other notice through the Service.
